ARTIST REPRESENTATIVE GUIDELINES
Artist representatives and publicists wishing to obtain credentials to escort an artist in the CRS 2012 media room must review the following guidelines and submit the credential application no later than Tuesday, January 17th, 2012.
Artist Guidelines for participation in the CRS 2012 Media Room:
All artists must fulfill two requirements, one in the registrant category and one in the chart category.
Registrant requirement (must fulfill one):
- Three (3) people from label or management are registered for CRS 2012 through the Country Radio Broadcasters
- Artist is self-registered for CRS 2012 through the Country Radio Seminar
Chart requirement (must fulfill one):
- A career Top 10 single on any National Chart
- A single on the Country airplay charts of Billboard, Country Aircheck, or Music Row (Top 75) within the past year.
- Participating sponsor affiliated artist guest
Credential Information:
- One (1) Artist Representative Laminate will be issued per artist. The laminate is to be used by the representative accompanying the artist. This person can be a publicist, management personnel, or label representative and must be with the artist at ALL-TIMES.

- Do not entitle representatives access into panel discussions
- Do not include meals
- Do not allow entry backstage during luncheon or dinner performances
NOTE: If you have an artist who will be participating in a panel discussion or performing at a luncheon/dinner show, please make arrangements in advance with the CRS offices to accompany your artist.
Only approved artists are allowed entry into CRS 2012. If artist representatives are seen withn unapproved artists attending CRS, their credentials may be revoked immediately.
